Terms of Service

Nature of Our Services

Hudson Global Apostille is an independent document assistance business. We coordinate apostille services on your behalf but do not issue apostille certificates directly. Apostilles are issued only by authorized government offices. We are not a notary public, law firm, or government agency, and we do not provide legal advice or notarial services.

Third-Party Government Processing

Government authorities decide whether to issue an apostille and set their own requirements, fees, and schedules. We are not responsible for a government office's decision to reject, delay, or return a document.

Processing Time Limitations

Any timeframes we share are estimates. Completion dates, including for expedited requests, cannot be guaranteed.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, confirming the requirements of the destination country or receiving party, and supplying documents that are genuine and properly certified or notarized where required.

Document Handling, Shipping and Return Delivery

Documents may be sent by mail, collected through scheduled local pickup where available, or transported by courier. Return delivery is coordinated by the method agreed in your quote. Third-party carriers are responsible for items in transit according to their own terms.

Service Fees and Refunds

Fees are provided in your personalized quote and may include our service fee, government fees, and shipping or courier costs. Government fees and shipping costs paid on your behalf are generally non-refundable. Refund requests for our service fee are reviewed case by case based on the work already performed.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to new requests.
